Return and exchange policy: All goods can be exchanged if the purchase invoice has not exceeded the limited period and if the goods are available in good condition and not used, and this within 3 days only from the date of purchase. All goods cannot be returned if the invoice has been issued and if the item has been taken during the discount period. The product value cannot be refunded if purchased during the discount period, but it can be exchanged for another product within 3 days from the invoice date. Earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged, and this does not include or affect your legal rights. The piece cannot be exchanged or returned if resizing or any change has been made from its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse to refund the product value or exchange it if it is not in a condition that allows us to resell it again.

Return and exchange period: Within 48 hours from the date and time of receipt of the shipment (terms and conditions apply).
Exclusive cases for return:
1- The item has a manufacturing defect.
2- The item does not match the purchased item (error caused by the site).
3- The size does not match the requested size (error caused by the site).
If the customer requests to return the item for the above reasons (in return cases), the customer has the right to refund the full purchase amount. This is after fulfilling the return acceptance conditions, and it is within 3 working days from the date of receipt and confirmation of meeting the return conditions.
Except for the above cases, the customer has no right to return the purchased items.
Exclusive cases for exchange:
1- The item has a manufacturing defect.
2- The item does not match the purchased item (error caused by the site).
3- The size does not match the requested size (error caused by the site or customer’s mistake).
In case of size error due to incorrect customer choice, the customer has the right to request an exchange for the correct size only once, and the customer bears the following costs:
- All shipping and insurance costs.
- Price differences resulting from weight differences of gold (for the exchanged item), or gold price difference.
(If the weight difference favors the customer, a coupon equal to the gold weight difference will be granted).
Except for the above cases, the customer has no right to exchange purchased items.
Conditions for accepting return and exchange:
1- The item is in its original condition at the time of purchase and shows no signs of use.
2- The sticker on the item has not been removed.
3- The original invoice must be presented when requesting a return/exchange.
4- The return/exchange request must be made within the specified period.
If any of the return/exchange acceptance conditions are not met after receiving the item, the site has the right to refuse the request and resend it to the customer after the customer pays all shipping and insurance costs.
This warranty applies to all products sealed with the Tabr logo on each piece made of 18-karat gold or diamonds. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one month, but does not cover damages caused by negligence or misuse. The warranty includes the customer who pays for regular repairs required due to wear, damage, or misuse.
Tabr Jewelry terms:
The warranty does not cover any damage to products resulting from negligence or misuse. (If the product was neglected or misused, the warranty becomes invalid). For example, missing diamonds and broken chains. Nonetheless, we offer all types of repairs for amounts determined after inspecting the item to be repaired.
Waiver of rights:
All pieces on the website may differ in color and actual size from the images, as images are subject to editing and modification. Jewelry images online may be enlarged to show more details the customer wants to know.
Does Tabr Jewelry offer a warranty to customers?
Tabr Jewelry repairs or replaces products with manufacturing defects free of charge within one week from the purchase date for gold products.
What should I do if Tabr Jewelry pieces I purchased are stolen or lost?
Under this warranty, you have no right to any replacement or cash refund for lost or stolen products.
If the products you purchased from Tabr Jewelry are damaged, what should I do?
We kindly ask the customer to return the defective or damaged products to the retailer, who will then send these products to the repair and maintenance department for evaluation. The store will inform you of the latest developments regarding either replacement or repair of the product. Ultimately, the product will be returned to the store after completing the evaluation/repair.
Can Tabr Jewelry products I purchased be repaired?
This depends on the required work and is evaluated to determine the necessary fees. We offer repair services, and fees must be paid to the Tabr retailer. In some cases, repair may not be possible depending on the damage caused.
Dear customer: Jewelry pieces are only returned if they are defective within one day of purchase.
We are happy to replace them within 3 days from the purchase date, provided you have the original invoice, and the piece is unused or unworn.
None of the jewelry pieces to be returned or exchanged should have been used or have any tags or marks of the Tabr brand removed, and they must be in their original condition, free of scratches, cracks, defects, and without any repairs, resizing, color changes, or similar alterations. The piece must be in its original packaging.
We apologize for not being able to exchange or refund purchases that were custom-made or marked with personal words or initials.
We ask our customers to read our policy and adhere to it to preserve Tabr products for a longer time.
In case of product damage, it is recommended to bring it to the store (with the original invoice) for damage assessment, condition evaluation, and repair feasibility in our specialized workshops.
The cost of these repairs may be at the customer’s expense, depending on the damage assessment and the product’s condition or misuse.
The repair process may take several weeks depending on the type of repair, and the customer will be informed of the necessary repair duration and asked for approval.
Paying a deposit signifies that the contract has become final (i.e., non-retractable), and the deposit can only be refunded in the following cases:
- The item is not available after paying the deposit.
- If a custom design is requested, the deposit is non-refundable.
